Please give me 1-2 weeks to process your order. Shipping can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks for domestic orders.

I do not offer any refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Please be mindful when placing your order!

Once I ship the package out to you, it is out of my control.
Sadly, if your package gets stolen or lost by the postal service it is your responsibility as a customer to file a claim with the USPS.
I cannot offer you a replacement or refund since these situations are out of my control, and as a one person business, I can’t afford to replace/refund these orders.
Please note that sometimes the USPS likes to mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If this happens, I recommend being patient and waiting to see if it shows up, OR contacting your local post office and asking them where it might be.
I also recommend showing up to the post office in person to see if anybody can resolve the issue.

Please please please double check your address before placing an order. In the event that a package gets sent back to me there are two options.
You can pay for the cost of shipping again, and I can reship your order to you.
Depending on the condition of the products, I will issue you a refund for the cost of the products MINUS the cost of shipping.

I do not make ANY money from shipping prices. I prefer to keep shipping prices transparent instead of inflating the prices of my products and advertising 'free shipping' as a guise to help sell things. The cost of shipping reflects the purchase of a label from USPS, as well as the cost of the mailer + other packaging supplies.
